This service includes prenatal, birth, and immediate postpartum emotional, physical, and educational support, support for your partner, aide in creating birth and newborn plans, attending prenatal medical appointments if needed, resources for prenatal, labor, and postpartum self-care, reiki, and massage services (1 prenatal, 1 labor prep (if needed), 1 postpartum and discount on subsequent massages), on call 24/7 starting from 37 weeks of your pregnancy to 42 weeks, if you go into labor before 37 weeks I will try my best to be there or send my back up doula, labor support can begin during pre-labor and I will be there until 3 hours postpartum, provide breastfeeding assistance, 1 postpartum check-in, recap, and postpartum massage.
